In Multi-Location you can almost everywhere choose whether you look at one location or at all of them together. You do that with the location filter, and you will find it in the calendar, the register, your products and your reports. There is one place to watch out, and that is the worked hours of team members who work at more than one location.
This article is about Multi-Location. There are two setups for running several locations, Multi-Location and Franchise, and they work very differently. Not sure yet which one fits you? Read Working with several locations first.
Where do you find the location filter?
On the pages where the data differs per location there is a picker listing your locations. You will find it on:
Calendar, to view one location's calendar
Register, to create an invoice for the right location
Products, to view one location's stock
Reports, to view one location's revenue
Your settings, to manage the timetable and team members per location

How do you view all locations together?
Choose All locations in the picker. Your calendar then shows every appointment in one overview, and your reports show the revenue, payment methods and totals of all locations added together.
How are the financial reports calculated per location?
Every invoice belongs to one location, and the reports are based on the invoices of that location. So you can view revenue per location or as a total.

Why can't you add up worked hours per location?
Because appointments and tasks behave differently. An appointment belongs to a team member and to a location, so if you filter on one location you only see the appointments that took place there.
A task or an absence belongs only to the team member. In the worked hours report such a task is therefore counted at every location that person works at. If Lisa works in location A and location B and you add a one-hour task for her, that hour appears in the report for location A and in the report for location B.
So if you want to know someone's total hours, choose All locations and read the total there. Do not add the separate locations together, because that counts those tasks twice.
