You can automatically ask clients for feedback after their appointment, and let them leave you a review on Google in the same email. Below you can find out how to turn it on, what the email looks like, and how to turn it off for one client.
Feedback is included in the Basic and Pro plans.
On the Appointments plan? You can add feedback to your subscription with the Boost extension.
How do I turn on the feedback email?
Go to 'Settings' → 'Customer settings', scroll down to 'Communication' and turn on 'Request customer feedback after appointments'. Clients then receive a feedback request an hour after their appointment.

You also choose 'Time between feedback requests' – from every appointment to less often, so a regular client is not asked again too soon.
What does the feedback email look like to my clients?
Your client reacts by clicking a happy or a sad face. You can change the subject and the text above the faces from 'Messages' → 'Email templates' → 'Feedback request'; the faces themselves stay fixed.
Can my clients publish their feedback on my website?
Yes. After leaving feedback, a client can give permission for it to be shown on your website. You will find every piece of feedback you receive under 'Feedback'.
How do I turn off feedback requests for one client?
Open the client's profile and turn off 'Feedback requests' under 'Settings'. That client stops receiving feedback requests, whatever the frequency you set for everyone else.
Can I also ask clients for a Google review?
Once 'Book via Google' is connected, a 'Get more reviews on Google' toggle appears at the top of 'Feedback'. Turn it on, and – provided Google already has a business listing for your salon – every feedback email also invites the client to leave you a review on Google.
Haven't connected 'Book via Google' yet? You'll see 'Want to ask for Google reviews too?' instead, with a link to turn it on first.
