Your booking widget usually shows every service customers can book online. You can also create a version limited to one treatment, or one that sends appointments straight to a single employee's calendar, and share that separately. If you want to know what the general booking widget looks like first, see What is the online booking widget, and how does it work? Here's how to build the filtered version.
How do I create a booking widget for one treatment?
Go to Settings → Online bookings, open 'Style and sharing', then follow the 'Create your custom booking widget' link.
If your account has more than one location, choose which one this widget is for as well.
Under 'Select services', tick the treatments you want, or select a whole category at once. You can even add a treatment marked 'Not bookable online' in your account – it will show in this widget without appearing in your general one.
Under 'Select the employees', choose who should be available for these treatments – leave it empty and every eligible employee stays available. Only the treatments those employees perform will be offered, and appointments booked land in their own calendars.
Choose 'Link to share with my customers' or 'Code to add an open booking widget on my website', then click 'Generate link' or 'Generate code'.
Paste the link into a new browser tab to see exactly what your customers will get.
How do I create a booking widget for one employee?
Follow the same steps, but under 'Select the employees' choose only that one person instead of leaving the field empty. Every appointment booked through this link or code goes straight into their own calendar.
What's the difference between a widget link and a widget code?
The link is a stand-alone web address that opens your widget on its own page – put it behind your own button, or share it directly in a Facebook post, a newsletter or an email.
The code embeds the widget directly into a page of your own website. For help adding it to your site, see How do I add the booking widget to my website?
